About the Event
These two evening gatherings will build on the earlier teaching of the Rev. Mark Longhurst on
the subject of Contemplative Prayer. Participants will consider together a poem, or piece of
artwork, as a means of focusing spiritual awareness. We will then sit together in silent prayer for
roughly 20 minutes. The gathering will end with time to debrief.
