Dancing in the Spirit
In this workshop, we will focus our consciousness in the creative center of our bodies, midway between heaven and earth. Dancers will follow the leader to learn gentle, repetitive belly dance movements in spirals, circles, figure eights, waves that connect us with the movements of the universe.
